Safeguarding Statement

At Formulas and Beyond, the safety and well-being of all students is our top priority. As a sole tutor, I am committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment for every student, especially minors.

Key Commitments:

• I follow best practices to ensure that all interactions are professional, appropriate, and focused on learning.

• I encourage parents or guardians to be present during sessions with younger students or if requested.

• I communicate openly and transparently with parents/guardians regarding students’ progress and any concerns.

• I do not engage in any form of inappropriate communication or behaviour.

• Any safeguarding concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly in line with UK safeguarding guidance.

 

DBS Certification
I hold a current, enhanced DBS certificate, which confirms that I have undergone a thorough background check and am cleared to work with children and vulnerable individuals. This is part of my commitment to maintaining the highest safeguarding standards.
